HP ZBook 17 launched

The American technology giant HP recently launched its HP ZBook in the market. Having Intel VPro platform technology, the laptop is mainly developed for small business as well as corporate business. The laptop has trusted platform module security chip when it comes to embedded security. Basically, the laptop has Windows 7 preinstalled in it.

Coming to the chipset, the device has a CPU of Intel (4th Gen) Core i7 4810MQ that runs with a speed of 2.8 GHz having a max turbo speed of 3.8 GHz. The device features Intel turbo boost technology 2.0. The laptop comes with 8 GB of DDR3 RAM and has 256 GB of SSD as well as 1 TB of HDD as internal memory. Speaking of display, the device has got a LED Backlight Technology with a widescreen display. The monitor features full HD wide-viewing angle. The device operates in 10–90% non-condensing humidity range.

Moving further, the laptop has NVIDIA Quadro K3100M graphics card with a capacity of 4 GB. The video system is equipped with a NVIDIA Optimus feature. The device also has a webcam with the ability to record videos in HD along with low light enhancement. Other features of laptop include spill-resistant, built-in numeric keypad, volume control, and touchpad with gesture support among others.

Speaking of the battery, the device has 83 Wh of Li-ion battery. In the section of connectivity, the Asus ROG Gx800 features headphone jack (1), microphone jack (1), USB 3.0 (1), USB Type-C (1), SD Card reader (1), HDMI (1), Ethernet (1), and mini Display (1). Adding more to the list, the standard Bluetooth 4.1 and Wi-Fi are present too. The laptop is powered by a battery worth of 76Wh power. Lastly, the new HP ZBook 17 has a price tag of $1519.

Well, the new HP device seems to be decent and is worth the price spending. The only thing that will be hindering the sale of the device is the pre-installation of old Windows 7. Users will be expecting for the latest OS and the company is offering the old version of operating system.
