Facebook dispatches another application not for phone but for Samsung Gear VR headset

Facebook is trying it magical hands on every platform based on the technology. Since last few years, Facebook has rolled out a handful of projects and aims that has nothing to do with its Facebooks news feeds, status updates, and photo. The goal company foresight is to come out as a technology company with various futuristic objects and concepts.

Facebook, in a push to convey more material to virtual reality and augmented reality platform, has reported that it will dispatch another application for the Samsung Gear VR headset. The application, called as Facebook 360, will likewise be the online networking monster’s first ever application for taking into account the virtual reality platform.

“The application is a one-stop search for getting up to speed with what you may have missed from your companions and others you take after, drenching yourself in the 360 photographs and recordings you’ve spared, and discovering something new to appreciate,” says the application posting on the Oculus Store.

As the name suggest, the fundamental motivation behind Facebook 360 is to offer 360-degree recordings and photographs on the Gear VR.
